We conduct a constant and consistent process of identifying and registering skilled and reliable individuals for positions on all levels. We network with other employment services and community organizations, with churches, schools and colleges, and with a large referral network of individuals. We recruit candidates from non-client companies from time to time, we advertise our positions in local newspapers and employment magazines and on the internet. The net result of all these activities is a constantly replenished pool of qualified individuals.

We assign a representative to each client account and that person's job is to become completely knowledgeable about the relevant aspects of the client's needs. We are thus better able to meet effectively and efficiently all our clients' needs - temporary, "temp to hire" and direct hire.
